Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of day-to-day hotel operations, including front of house, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
2. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on excellence and accountability
3. Drive commercial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost control
4. Uphold and enhance service standards, ensuring a consistently outstanding guest experience
5. Build and maintain relationships with key local partners, suppliers, and the wider community
6. Report to ownership with regular performance updates and strategic input
Ideal Candidate:
7. Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or strong Deputy ready for a step up, ideally in a luxury boutique
8. Hands-on, people-focused leader with a genuine passion for hospitality
9. Strong understanding of revenue management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility
10. Confident with compliance, health & safety, and licensing regulations
