This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the Showroom Manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our showroom. You’ll be the face of EGGER for visiting clients, delivering exceptional customer service and sharing your passion for interior design. What You’ll Do
1. Provide outstanding customer service to showroom visitors, offering expert advice on our product portfolio.
2. Manage stock in the sample room and process sample orders efficiently.
3. Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
4. Support sales targets set by the National Sales Manager, promoting products and identifying new opportunities.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to drive upselling and cross-selling of partner brands.
6. Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
7. Follow up on sample leads to generate further business opportunities.
8. Assist with organising showroom events, including product launches and client presentations.
What We’re Looking For
9. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
10. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service, administration, or sales support.
11. A genuine passion for interior design and awareness of current trends.
12. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
13. Basic sales skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
14. Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
16. Flexibility to attend occasional evening events.
