Salary – £24-25k – will consider applicants on a Temp to Perm or Perm Basis

We are currently working with a fast-expanding legal firm based in Rochdale – Specialising in Commercial Law so all Business to Business within the Legal Industry they are looking to appoint an Information Governance Officer to join their team.
The role is fully office based and is a great start point for someone to work in the Data Protection / Legal environment

Duties & Responsibilities
* You will be a member of the firm’s data protection team.
* You will have responsibility for reviewing and redacting documents in response to a SAR
* Where required, supporting the data protection team with other data protection related tasks.
* To develop excellent working relationships with customers
* Treat all information about our client and its clients and their business as wholly confidential.
Skills & Experience
The information Governance Officer should have :

* Strong administration skills
* Strong Academic Background
* Good Communication / IT Skills – including Microsoft Package
* Legal experience would be beneficial not essential
