Main Responsibilities
* Reception & Front Office: Act as the face of the company by greeting guests, managing the switchboard, and ensuring a professional visitor experience.
* General Administration: Oversee office supplies, manage incoming/outgoing mail, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
* HR Assistance: Support the HR team with documentation, basic reporting, and administrative workflows.
* Engagement & Branding: Assist with internal communications and help create content for employer branding (e.g., via Canva).
Requirements
* Diploma in Business or HR.
* 1+ year of relevant experience. Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filtering).
