About the Role Role Overview: As an Early Years Educator at Muddy Boots, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality, nature-based learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging learning activities, with a focus on outdoor play and exploration Observe, assess, and support children’s individual learning journeys Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members Ensure a safe, inspiring, and stimulating environment for all children Contribute to a happy, healthy, and thriving team that loves what they do! What’s required?
