L'Oréal Group, the world's leading beauty company, is looking for a One Luxe Beauty Activator to drive loyalty and memorable in‑store customer experiences.
What we are looking for:
* Demonstrate genuine excitement, love for people and luxury retail, and drive loyalty.
* Show passion for beauty, stay up to date with current trends, and inspire retail teams.
* Be a driven self‑starter capable of creating buzz and excitement through engaging the store team.
* Translate creative flair into in‑store events that drive retail targets.
* Lead from the front, sharing best practices and influencing people with trend‑led, commercially aware approaches.
* Be digitally savvy, actively engage with social media trends, and create on‑camera content.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a genuine Brand Ambassador, following One Luxe selling steps and services.
* Drive retail performance by executing service and eventing, achieving One Luxe KPIs.
* Motive store teams, leading from the front and sharing expertise.
* Lead by example in stores, driving retail performance of top doors.
* Motivate teams through engaging content on internal Luxe platforms.
* Build solid relationships with in‑store teams and influence key stakeholders.
* Prioritise event planning alongside retail and education priorities to maximise impact.
* Share detailed feedback, key learnings, and new initiatives regularly.
* Represent One Luxe at external events as required.
* Maintain a strong understanding of makeup, skincare, fragrance, and wellness trends to provide expert advice.
* Advocate L'Oréal Luxe brands on internal and external social media platforms, adhering to guidelines.
* Drive CRM & data capture at events and store visits to increase customer loyalty.
Must Haves
* Flexible availability, including weekends.
* Comfortable with travel and overnight stays across the UK.
* Proven track record of delivering retail KPIs through eventing and exceptional customer service.
