What you'll be doing:
* Leading a passionate retail team in a fast-paced environment
* Driving sales, hitting targets, and maximising store performance
* Delivering exceptional service and expert product knowledge
* Coaching and developing your team to be their best
* Managing day-to-day operations, stock control and visual merchandising
* Representing the brand with energy, pride and positivity
What we're looking for:
* Experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or Shop Manager
* Confident leader with strong people management skills
* Results-driven with a commercial mindset
* Organised, motivated and great under pressure
* Genuine interest in running, cycling, fitness or outdoor sports
* Flexible with working hours, including weekends
