Main duties and responsibilities:
* Leading quarterly business reviews with clients.
* Developing detailed technology roadmaps with commercial recommendations.
* Presenting proposals and roadmaps to clients clearly and confidently.
* Handling client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
* Communicating technology updates and company changes to clients.
* Collecting client feedback and implementing improvements to enhance their experience.
* Collaborating with Technical Teams to provide accurate and timely advice.
* Staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
* Identifying opportunities within existing client accounts for new solutions and services.
Applicants to this role require:
* Proven experience in customer success or account management within an MSP or similar environment.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Experience presenting to and negotiating with C-level executives.
* Ability to simplify technical discussions and communicate complex solutions clearly.
* Solid understanding of core IT products, ideally including: M365, Windows Server, Azure, security solutions.
