Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Affiliate Manager to lead the development and execution of our affiliate marketing programme. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced B2C environment—such as ecommerce, fashion, or beauty—and a proven track record of working with affiliate platforms like Awin. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for everything from onboarding publishers to optimising performance and reporting on results. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the affiliate strategy, with a clear path to grow into a team leadership position as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the end-to-end management of our affiliate programme, from strategy development to day-to-day execution.
2. Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with publishers through Awin and other affiliate platforms.
3. Negotiate competitive rates and campaign placements that maximise performance and ROI.
4. Utilise Awin market insights to identify opportunities, track trends, and benchmark performance.
5. Monitor, analyse, and report on key affiliate metrics (traffic, conversion rates, revenue, ROI), providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align affiliate activity with wider marketing and business goals.
7. Stay informed on affiliate industry trends, compliance standards, and platform updates to ensure best-in-class execution.
8. Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting successes, learnings, and recommendations.
9. Build the foundation for a growing affiliate team, with future potential to manage and mentor junior team members.
Key Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of affiliate marketing experience in a B2C environment (ecommerce, fashion, beauty).
2. Hands-on experience with Awin, including publisher onboarding, performance tracking, and market insight analysis.
3. Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen, with a track record of building profitable affiliate partnerships.
4. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimise for results.
5. Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and the ambition to build and scale a high-performing affiliate channel.
6. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
7. A Russell Group university background in marketing or a related field is preferred.
