Role
We’re hiring a strategic, hands‑on Creative Manager to manage brand execution across packaging, digital and retail. Partnering with the Marketing Director, you’ll translate strategy into practical brand systems, oversee packaging and design updates, and coordinate freelance and internal resources to ensure everything is delivered accurately and on brand. Success in this role means delivering consistent, commercially effective creative across all touchpoints while building scalable brand systems that support growth.
Responsibilities
Brand Systems & Identity
* Translate brand strategy into visual ID systems
* Design a cohesive brand architecture across product lines & packaging
* Contribute to evolving brand guidelines and tone of voice (visual ID, typography, colours, layouts)
* Ensure brand consistency across packaging, retail, digital and paid media
Creative & Campaign
* Lead creative for product launches and seasonal campaigns
* Oversee asset creation for website, retail, paid media & social
* Partner with Commercial teams for retailer-specific requirements
Packaging
* Lead packaging updates across brands & manage artwork files
* Oversee production of printed materials for eCommerce including boxes, flyers & inserts
Briefing Out
* Allocate work & approve output across agency & freelance resources
* Freelance video editor - responsible for editing paid & social content
* Other senior freelance creators - used for higher level brand work
Technical
* Graphic design background - able to design & brief eCommerce/paid social
* Experience managing packaging artwork & understanding of print production & dielines
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
