Head of Product – Lead and Evolve a Multi-Brand Product Portfolio
Location: Hybrid (Remote with regular travel to Glasgow and client sites)
We’re hiring a Head of Product to lead the product function at Staffscanner, and shape the direction across a growing portfolio of platforms – including two new care tech products ready for launch, with more planned in the future.
This is a leadership role with autonomy, complexity, and genuine scope for impact. You’ll define how we operate as a product-led organisation – building structure, guiding roadmaps, and enabling great teams to build better tech.

* Can manage products at different stages of maturity

* Understands how to support independent products while managing shared growth goals
* Wants to be part of a mission-led, entrepreneurial team
This is a hybrid role – remote-friendly, with regular travel to Glasgow and client sites aligned to business needs.
