What you’ll do
6. Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner across projects, costings and commercial activity
7. Build and maintain robust financial models to support funding bids, curriculum planning and new initiatives
8. Lead on costing programmes, apprenticeships and new activity, ensuring financial viability and compliance
9. Partner closely with operational teams and MIS to challenge assumptions and improve decision-making
10. Drive commercial performance, improving existing outlets and identifying new income opportunities
11. Oversee the financial planning and control of major projects, including forecasting, grant claims, capital spend, procurement and project accounting
12. Support management accounts, audits and fixed asset reporting, ensuring strong financial governance throughout
What you’ll need
13. Proven experience producing management accounts
14. Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting and cash flow management
15. CIMA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified
16. The ability to influence, challenge and engage stakeholders at all levels
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working across both finance and non-finance teams
