What You’ll Be Doing
You will take ownership of senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on their most complex finance and performance challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the design and delivery of end-to-end finance transformation and VPM solutions
* Shaping future finance operating models, including finance business partnering and digital-first approaches
* Driving performance management transformation across budgeting, planning, forecasting, and consolidation
* Designing KPI frameworks, steering models, and commercial analytics to support growth and margin improvement
* Leading multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex engagements
* Translating business challenges into technology-enabled solution designs using modern finance platforms
* Facilitating design-led workshops and Agile delivery approaches

* Supporting clients in building the business case for AI adoption in finance
Technical Environment
You will have exposure to and experience with a range of leading finance and analytics platforms, including:

* Data visualisation, automation, and enterprise analytics tools

Essential experience:
* Proven track record in finance transformation, performance improvement, or VPM programmes
* Strong business development capability and experience shaping complex solutions
* Deep expertise within finance transformation or a relevant sector specialism
* Established relationships with senior stakeholders in large, complex organisations
* Experience leading high-performing teams in a consulting or industry environment
Desirable Experience
* Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Background in management consulting or large-scale transformation delivery
* Strong facilitation, presentation, and workshop leadership skills
* Experience coaching and developing teams
* High attention to detail with strong commercial and analytical thinking
