Working hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday (45 hours), plus Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm on a rota basis.
As part of the Aftersales team, the EVHC Specialist will liaise with customers to ensure their service, repair, and health check needs are met to high standards. Responsibilities include proactive follow-up, up-selling, prospecting activities to increase work volume, loading the workshop system for efficient capacity utilization, and liaising with parts and service departments on pricing.
Experience, ideally within a prestige dealership, would be advantageous.
