Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals Managing client relationships and liaising with local authorities and key stakeholders Undertaking site appraisals and preparing planning reports and statements Providing strategic planning advice to clients Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team Contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining client relationships About You: MRTPI qualified (or working towards chartership) 4-7 years of planning experience, ideally within consultancy or a development led environment Strong understanding of planning policy, legislation, and the UK planning system Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Confident, commercially minded, and motivated by career progression This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Town Planner looking to join a supportive and forward thinking consultancy that encourages professional growth and rewards success.
