Store Manager - Luxury Flagship
I am currently representing a distinguished luxury maison in the search for an accomplished Store Manager to lead its flagship, overseeing both Menswear and Womenswear.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role is instrumental in driving store performance, strengthening brand loyalty, and cultivating a high-value client portfolio within a modern luxury environment.
This appointment requires a leader who combines commercial intelligence with refined client engagement and strong cultural leadership.
Role Mission
To lead and inspire the retail team in achieving ambitious business objectives, grow and develop a loyal client base, deliver service excellence, and ensure the store operates at the highest standard of luxury execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Development
• Define and execute strategic action plans across product categories and client segments
• Drive achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
• Lead by example through active presence on the shop floor
• Develop and implement advanced CRM initiatives to grow and retain a high-value clientele network
• Ensure exceptional client experience and long-term brand loyalty
People Leadership
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing luxury retail team
• Foster a culture of accountability, motivation and belonging
• Set clear performance expectations and elevate individual potential
• Manage performance with confidence and fairness
Commercial & Stock Optimisation
• Maximise business potential through strong commercial analysis and stock management
• Ensure accurate inventory control aligned with corporate procedures
• Oversee effective store resource planning and manpower deployment
• Build and maintain relationships with key local stakeholders and business partners
Visual & Brand Standards
• Ensure impeccable interpretation and execution of visual guidelines
• Maintain elevated presentation standards across the store
• Guarantee operational excellence and procedural compliance
Operational Management
• Ensure seamless integration between front and back-of-house functions
• Oversee logistics, compliance and store efficiency
• Maintain a commercially sound and operationally disciplined environment
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
• Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience within luxury retail, exclusively from premium or luxury fashion brands
• Demonstrate proven success in CRM strategy and advanced clienteling
• Possess strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
• Be a confident decision-maker with refined leadership presence
• Lead from the floor with credibility, composure and authority
• Be passionate about building long-term client relationships and modern luxury culture
