Your Role:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate Business Analysis services.
2. Gather and analyze customer requirements for Guidewire PolicyCenter, including customization and configuration needs, and guide technical teams in implementation.
3. Review and support solutions to ensure compliance with IT standards and requirements.
4. Research the feasibility of changes to support the Product Owner/SME in decision-making.
5. Model business processes to understand needs, analyze impacts, and recommend solutions considering costs and risks.
6. Document requirements, create User Stories, and plan sprints effectively.
Your Profile:
1. Business Analyst with extensive experience in the insurance domain, particularly with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
2. 6-10 years of experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
3. Strong knowledge of claims, policy, or billing processes.
4. Experience in engaging with stakeholders and eliciting requirements.
5. Background in Commercial & London Market Insurance, focusing on Specialty, Property, and Casualty.
6. Deep understanding of Guidewire products and best practices.
7. Proficiency in documenting requirements, including User Stories, process diagrams, and impact analysis.
