Paint Technician required in Oxted, Surrey
1. Basic Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
2. Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 17:00 - Saturdays optional overtime

Our Client is a well-established, Insurance-approved Vehicle Accident Repair Centre with an excellent reputation in the local area for delivering high-quality work. They specialise in non-fault accident repairs and regularly handle prestige vehicles and restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities of a Paint Sprayer:
9. Preparing and priming vehicle bodywork to client and manufacturers' specifications.
10. Mixing and colour-matching, painting all repaired areas to a high standard, and polishing as appropriate.
11. Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
12. Delivering excellent customer service that encourages loyalty and referrals.
13. Ensuring good housekeeping, maintaining health and safety standards, and organising administration efficient
What our client is looking for in their Paint Sprayer:
14. An eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
15. Ability to multitask effectively.
16. Recognised qualification in Accident Repair/Bodyshop or equivalent time-served experience.
17. Previous experience in a Paint Technician role within a busy bodyshop.
18. Ability to deliver high-quality Paint repairs from start to finish.
19. Must have your own equipment and spray guns.
20. Full UK Driving Licence required.
21. ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential.
