Data Engineering Solutions Designer
Salary: National circa £67,000
As a Data Engineering Solution Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping high-level data and IT solutions across a range of transformation initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, sustainable, and modern designs that align with our business and technology strategy.
A bit about the job:
You’ll translate business requirements into solution designs, balancing the need for innovation with operational stability. Working at the forefront of data modernisation, you'll contribute to cloud-first initiatives and help steer our journey toward data mesh and self-service capabilities.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
* Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS preferred)
* Solid understanding of ETL, DWH, and big data architecture
* Proven track record in delivering solution designs in complex environments
* Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively

* Starting salary circa £67,000 for National based (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
