Overview

Holly Spring Primary School is seeking a dedicated and experienced SENDCo to join our inclusive and nurturing community from January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher ready to take the next step in their career in a non-class-based role, within a school that prioritises inclusion and wellbeing for all. You must have the NASENCo qualification or equivalent or currently have the NPQ for SENCos in progress.


We Are Looking For Someone Who

* Is passionate about transforming outcomes for young people with SEND
* Is self-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage time effectively
* Can work collaboratively to support teachers in developing inclusive, personalised strategies for individual pupils


Responsibilities

* Provide lead support for SEND provision within a school that prioritises inclusion and wellbeing
* Collaborate with teachers to develop inclusive, personalised strategies for individual pupils
* Work in a non-class-based role as SENDCo, supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs
