About the Role We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Customer Service Advisor to join a busy, reputable accident repair centre. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be the key contact between clients, insurers, and the workshop team — ensuring a smooth, efficient repair journey from start to finish.
