This is a standout opportunity to take the lead on a c.£10m office block refurbishment for a highly regarded regional contractor with a strong pipeline of work and an excellent reputation for quality delivery across South Wales and the South West.

The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a c.£10m office refurbishment project in Cardiff city centre.
You’ll oversee the scheme from pre-construction through to handover, managing programme, budget, quality, and client relationships throughout.
Working closely with the site team, commercial department, and supply chain, you’ll ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the project team and coordinating all site activities
* Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact
* Overseeing programme delivery and ensuring key milestones are achieved
* Working closely with commercial teams to manage costs and variations
* Ensuring health & safety compliance and high-quality delivery standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience delivering commercial refurbishment or fit out projects (£5m–£15m+)
* Strong main contractor background with end-to-end project delivery experience
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage stakeholders and drive programme performance
* Ideally based in or commutable to Cardiff
