Job Description
We are seeking a Pharmacist Store Manager to lead operations in our busy community pharmacy. This role combines professional clinical leadership with hands-on management, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
You will be accountable for:
* Overseeing day-to-day dispensary and retail operations.
* Driving performance across NHS and private services (Pharmacy First, BP, Flu, etc).
* Leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team.
* Ensuring governance, SOP adherence, and patient safety standards.
* Managing stock, supplier relationships, and cost controls.
* Delivering strong commercial performance alongside clinical excellence.
Requirements
* Qualified Pharmacist with GPhC registration.
* Minimum 2 years post-registration experience.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Ability to deliver targets and manage a team effectively.
* Excellent communication and patient-facing skills.
