Cleaning Route Manager Role
As a Molly Maid Cleaning Route Manager, you will manage your own cleaning route while completing high quality domestic cleaning and house cleaning in customers' homes. You will work in a team of two, travelling between properties in a company vehicle. As a Cleaning Route Manager, you will take responsibility for your own route, maintain high cleaning standards, support your team mate, and ensure each clean is completed professionally and efficiently.
You will use Molly Maid cleaning equipment, cleaning products, and proven systems to deliver excellent results while managing your daily cleaning schedule and route.
What You Get

· Main job role is Monday to Friday, no evenings
· Option of Saturday cleaning during the Summer period

· Starting salary from £13 per hour
· After training, pay moves to work related pay with earnings up to £15 per hour
What You Need
· Full UK manual driving licence
· Confident driving company vehicles
· Cleaning experience preferred
· Reliable, honest and trustworthy
· Ability to manage your own cleaning route confidently
· Pride in delivering high cleaning standards every day
· Positive attitude and ability to lead by example
