This role will help implement a strategy to build the correct frameworks and processes that enable our commercial colleagues to move at speed while maintaining accuracy and quality What will you be doing? The role can be split into two distinct areas, projects and operational. From the perspective of ongoing projects, they will ensure that the correct frameworks and governance is in place that allow and enable our commercial teams to negotiate effectively keeping consistent structures to our pricing and tender process. It will build the capability of how we map trends and deal with risk within pricing including any gap analysis that currently exists. Operationally, it will involve a lot of scenario planning, working with large data sets and a large number of SKU's and delivering reporting and trends to commercial leaders, while improving frameworks and guidelines that are in place. What does success look like? Success in this role is simply based on how you embed yourself with colleagues and partners across the commercial functions in the UKINor. It's also focused on business partnering and effectively managing partners across our commercial function, but doing so in a positive way. It will involve working collaboratively coming to the table with solutions to problems and essentially being the expert in the room who can deliver the information and data required for decision making. Successful candidates would need the following: 3 years experience in a relevant commercial or finance role focused on pricing structures and frameworks Experience using data to build frameworks used to deliver significant commercial deals Ability to interpret and analyse complex financial data and present the analysis to a non-finance audience You.
