We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Logistics Program & Operations Manager
with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end logistics programs and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing reporting frameworks, generating actionable insights, and fostering clear communication across internal and external stakeholders. This role will require strong analytical capabilities, excellent project management skills, and the ability to streamline processes to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
* Lead and oversee logistics programs, ensuring timely execution and adherence to operational goals.
* Develop and optimize workflows for supply chain and distribution processes.
Reporting & Analytics:
* Create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports to track KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, cost efficiency, inventory levels).
* Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; present actionable insights to leadership.
Stakeholder Communication:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
* Prepare and deliver regular business reviews, performance summaries, and strategic updates to senior stakeholders.
Process Optimization:
* Implement best practices in logistics planning and operational execution to reduce costs and improve SLAs.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function.
Risk Management:
* Anticipate operational risks and develop mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions.
Required Qualifications:
* Education:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in logistics, operations, or program management roles.
* Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Project management expertise; familiarity with tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
* Solid understanding of logistics networks, transportation planning, and inventory control.
