An exciting opportunity for a hands-on commercial leader to build and scale the sales and marketing engine of a fast-growing retail software company. We’re looking for someone who can drive both new business acquisition and brand visibility, while leading a high-performing commercial team.
You’ll be responsible for shaping go-to-market strategy, owning P&L for Sales and Marketing, and driving growth across both domestic and international markets. This is a highly entrepreneurial role — ideal for someone who loves scaling, building process, and rolling up their sleeves.
Key responsibilities:
* Define and execute sales strategy; lead inside sales, BDRs, and account executives
* Personally own key accounts / territory with individual quota
* Drive marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and email
* Scale inbound lead generation and customer engagement
* Align commercial KPIs to strategic company goals
* Use CRM + data-driven insights to forecast, optimise, and report on revenue growth
* Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, and executive leadership on market expansion
1. We are looking for:
* 8–12+ years in B2B software / SaaS sales - particularly in retail
* Proven experience of selling ePoS systems
* Proven experience building and leading high-performing commercial teams
* Track record of driving revenue growth and executing complex sales cycles
* Deep understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics
* Strong hands-on leadership: equally comfortable setting strategy and closing deals
* Experience working in entrepreneurial / growth-stage software businesses
