We are recruiting a Bookkeeper/Admin Support professional to join our construction company based in Horley.
You will handle core financial tasks and provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
General bookkeeping duties including:
* Managing invoices, receipts and supplier accounts
* Processing payments and maintaining financial records
* Reconciling accounts
* Raising purchase orders for the team
* Credit Control
Other adhoc duties:
* Assisting with ordering materials and tracking deliveries
* General administration tasks as required
Requirements
* Bookkeeping experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident with financial software and spreadsheets
* Organised, with the ability to manage competing tasks
* Clear communication skills
Other information
* Office hours are 07:30 - 16:30
* Salary will be based on experience
* Experience in construstion whilst not a requirement, would be advantageous.
