About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to individuals to service users in their home settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to follow care plans while fostering a supportive environment for our clients.
