MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious manufacturing company in the Newton Aycliffe area. They are looking for a Production Operative with a strong knowledge of the production environment and the health and safety processes within it. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: * Daily meetings with the production department * Loading and unloading pallets * Working in the grinding bay * Helping in other sections when needed * To help prioritise workloads within the department and production * Following engineering drawing and diagrams * Should have working knowledge working in a production environment * Maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times The Candidate: * Must have a positive can-do attitude * Must be physically fit * Will be lifting up to 15kg in weight * Must pass a drugs test The Shifts: * 06:45am – 15:30pm * 15:15pm – 01:15am * Also looking at doing 12 hours in the future * Must be flexible to do any shifts The Salary: * £12.21 shift allowance
