Overview

Process, Business Tools and Compliance Specialist role at Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence. The SIG UK Process, Business Tools and Compliance Specialist will deliver services that drive quality and efficiency across the UK business, particularly where the selection and exploitation of software applications can improve workflows and processes.


Responsibilities

* Own the SIG UK SharePoint process and policy library
* Identify and develop SIG process improvements
* Present business cases for the adoption of new business tools that may support process improvement
* Exploit business tools to improve the efficiency of the business
* Maintain the SIG UK ISO9001 certification

Tasks

* Prepare material in approved SIG UK templates that maps and describes processes and procedures
* Work with colleagues to identify and examine opportunities for process/procedural improvement
* Deliver papers detailing the case for changing and/or investing in new software applications
* Use and exploit the software applications to create and introduce new processes
* Communicate changes in processes and procedures to staff
* Ensure staff members follow processes and procedures – define measurements through which adherence can be understood
* Define procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records
* Prepare SIG UK staff for ISO9001 quality audits
* Host ISO9001 quality audits


Education / Qualifications

* You have a minimum of four years of experience in a similar role with either a Foundation Degree, a Bachelor’s Degree, a Higher National Diploma or a relevant professional certification
* You are passionate about business quality and efficiency and delivering positive change through the advanced exploitation of computerised software applications
* Have an innovative, analytical and enquiring mind
* Can demonstrate aptitude to learn new systems and procedures
* Are proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with scheduling tools and project management platforms
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills fostering collaboration and negotiating change with strong attention to detail
* You are a confident decision maker
* You can demonstrate flexibility and compromise at the right time, with leadership skills to carry the organization and add value
* Have the ability to understand how a business works and prioritise business improvement tasks based on the prevailing business objectives
