Senior Automation Business Analyst
About the role:
We are looking for a visionary Senior Business Analyst to lead an agile team of Automation Business Analysts.
In this leading position, you will be responsible for managing a team of Business Analysts focusing on building or roadmap and delivering robust automations.
Our aim is to radically improve how our teams operate, delivering faster, more efficient, and higher quality processes to our customers leveraging multiple technologies e.g. RPA, NLP, Gen AI etc.
We are looking for smart, hard-working and creative people, who are eager to have a significant, tangible impact through improving the operations for our business.
What You'll do:
1. Responsible for supporting project’s prioritization
2. Responsible for the management, coaching, and mentoring of a small team of more junior Business Analysts.
3. Leads or participates in various workshops to define and design automation solutions
4. Responsible of having documents for all process requirements and flow prior and after automation using standardize documents
5. Responsible for all stakeholders being well informed of the status of development requirements and scope
6. Leads and/or participates in the problem identification/error resolution process
7. Participates on sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including process development and deployment
8. Responsible of following project governance (project phases)
9. Responsible to have the relevant reporting in place for automated solutions
10. Constantly liaise with process owners to raise operational improvements and brainstorm for automation ideas
11. Oversees continuous improvement and optimization on automated processes
12. Conducts effective performance evaluations and mentors developers through formal and informal channels
13. Offers support to Developer Lead and to Maintenance Lead, and collaborates with both to continuously improve delivery.

14. University degree
15. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, drive for simplicity and clarity
16. Excellent organizational skills and time management
17. Keen to have a deeper understanding on all processes and to improve the cohesion between the teams
18. Plan effectively and efficiently, with an ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure
19. Resiliency: be able to push forward when things are changing or not going as expected.
20. Understands the structures of the business and the people/teams needed to leverage and achieve a result

22. Excellent know-how on operational tools, processes and stakeholders
23. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
24. Highly adaptive to changes and stressful situations
25. Detail-oriented and thorough and excellent time management skills
26. People oriented, able to provide support, coaching and mentoring
