We're looking for a Senior Design Manager to join our Southern team based in our Solent office, Southampton. In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering high-quality design solutions whilst managing key relationships with clients and consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration and wants to make a meaningful impact on exciting projects.
Responsibilities
* Leading and coordinating design activities across multiple projects
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, design teams and consultants
* Ensuring design compliance with regulations, standards and project specifications
* Managing design programmes and monitoring progress against key milestones
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members in their professional development
Qualifications
* Substantial experience in design management within the construction industry
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
* Confident managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering or a related field
* Passionate about delivering quality outcomes and supporting team success
