We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our On-Street Sales team. You will play a key role in driving ticket sales and increasing revenue throughout the season.
This role offers variety and fun, allowing you to meet people from around the world and help them enjoy our tours and experiences. It is ideal for candidates with sales, retail, and customer service experience.
As an ambassador for TOOTBUS London, you will proactively promote ticket sales for sightseeing tours covering London's main attractions. Providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and offering local advice are essential responsibilities.
Experience and Skills
* Passion for customer care and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Good presentation, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
* Results-oriented with a passion for sales.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Job Details
* Seasonal contract until 30 September 2025, with potential for permanent opportunities.
* Work outdoors in a tourist environment in Central London.
* Average of 9 hours per day, any 5 days a week, including weekends.
* Availability for peak season from April to August.
* Pay: Basic rate £13/hour, increasing to £13.52/hour from 31 March 2025. Potential commission earnings between £20–£40 daily, based on sales.
