Production Operative - Temp to Perm!
We have an excellent opportunity located in the heart of Kidderminster.
Duties will Include:
1. Carry out daily activities as director by Cell Leader
2. Manufacturing, producing, assembling and finishing products in accordance with approved methods of manufacture
3. Ensure work stations and environment is always in a fit for purpose state, meaning clean, safe and maintained
4. Escalating equipment and facility faults to Cell Supervision
5. Some roles in various departments may involve working with hazardous materials
6. Responsible for own PPE and ensure own training is updated regularly
7. Conducting tasks in line with standards, procedure and manuals, and taking personal responsibility to ensure processes are followed
Requirements:
8. Self-motivated
9. Able to work under pressure
10. Must be comformatable working with chemicals
11. Experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
12. Mature and professional attitude necessary and ability to follow instructions
13. Methodical and thorough approach
Hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Thursday / 7:30 - 2:30pm Friday
Pay: £12.60 per hour.
