What you’ll do
* Own and grow portfolios of private capital clients, delivering high-quality advice across compliance and advisory projects.
* Lead from the front—scope and run engagements, delegate effectively, ensure robust technical quality and timely delivery.
* Be client-facing and commercial—run meetings, resolve queries with clarity and confidence, and originate opportunities.
* Develop talent—coach and stretch junior colleagues, build capability, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
* Drive business growth—prepare and deliver proposals, build market presence, and cross-sell wider solutions.
What you’ll bring
* Professional qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience.
* Strong UK corporate tax technical and working knowledge of international concepts.
* Portfolio leadership—reviewing work, supervising teams, and managing multiple engagements.
