If you thrive in a role where no two days are the same — from managing financial processes to supporting property administration — this could be a great fit.What You’ll Be DoingFinance Administration
1. Acting as the first point of contact for finance-related enquiries
2. Managing iing post, franking, and stationery supplies
3. Banking cheques monthly
4. Supporting local teams with online banking and payment processes
5. Reviewing parish banking and credit card activity
6. Processing PayPal payments, Gift Aid documentation, and second-collection transfers
7. Administering annual mass fees and insurance breakdown cover
Property Services Support
8. Providing frontline administrative support to the Property Services team
9. Preparing documents and reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
10. Helping maintain property databases and record systems
11. Coordinating enquiries relating to a cemetery, including liaison with families and funeral directors
12. Conducting desk-based research andpiling findings
13. Administering standard licences, leases, and tenancy agreements
14. Supporting parishes, schools, and external bodies with property-related queries
15. Organising meetings and events, including note-taking when required
General Responsibilities
16. Setting up meeting rooms and providing hospitality
17. Offering flexible support to both the Property and Finance teams
18. Carrying out additional duties as required by team leaders
What you'll need to succeed

21. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
22. Confident use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

26. Proven experience in a similar administrative role
