Do you want to make a significant difference in the lives of young people in your local community?

We are a leading nationwide provider of alternative and supplementary education to schools and local authorities, supporting children from all backgrounds through one-to-one and small group tuition programmes. We provide quality assured tuition, delivered by the best educators who share our aim to ensure that every learner we support thrives. We’re searching for passionate Tutors to help us realize our vision for education.
The role
We have received referrals for 10+ learners in Essex requiring significant alternative provision. These learners need dedicated, in-person support within their own homes to enable their academic success and future development, as they are outside of mainstream schooling. Tuition has been requested for English, Maths, and Science, at primary or GCSE level depending on their needs. Typically, 5-10 hours of tuition per subject per week are required.
As a Tutor, your expertise will play a key role in improving your learner’s confidence and subject knowledge, fostering growth for those struggling to meet age-related expectations.
Supported by our dedicated delivery team, we will liaise with clients to ensure consistent tutoring opportunities. Tuition hours will be tailored to your availability, allowing you to tutor around other commitments.
We welcome applications from exceptional KS3 - KS4 educators specializing in English, Maths, or Science, especially those experienced with learners who have complex needs such as SEN, SEMH, or trauma.
