Responsibilities
* Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines (3‑4 axis)
* Work with modern machinery (e.g. Haas) using CAD/CAM systems such as OneCNC or HyperMILL
* Maintain high standards of precision and quality
* Meet production schedules and internal deadlines
* Contribute to continuous improvement and problem‑solving on the shop floor
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller (3‑axis minimum)
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* CAD/CAM experience is essential
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* A proactive, team‑oriented mindset
Candidates with solid 3‑axis experience will be considered and trained on 4‑axis machines (salary may reflect experience level).
Salary & Benefits
£18‑20 per hour (equivalent to approx. 36‑40k permanent salary); (lower with just 3‑Axis) Regular overtime available; 20 days holiday + bank holidays; Pension scheme, Clothing.
