What You’ll Do: * Conduct planned maintenance, reactive callouts, and small works commissioning of BMS systems. * Commission and optimise various DDC control systems. * Maintain software, strategy files, and server backups. * Carry out electrical LAN mapping and HVAC checks. * Produce detailed site reports and maintain strong client relations. * Supervise subcontractors and enforce Health & Safety policies. * Generate method statements, risk assessments, schedules, and O&M documentation. * Provide demonstrations and handovers to clients for smaller projects. Skills & Experience: * Experience with Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens, ALC, or Niagara-based systems. * Strong understanding of control strategies and HVAC systems. * Excellent communication, organisation, and time management. * Electrically competent with full UK driving licence. * Due to the nature of this role, you must possess a full UK driving licence.
