Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager
Contract: 12 Months/Hybrid 2 days onsite
Job Description
SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces primarily paper-based consumer products. The role involves supporting and driving key projects within the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and world-class GTM excellence.
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to delivery
* Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service
* Track project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs
* Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track
* Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables
* Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, ensuring alignment to drive efficiency and prioritization across brands
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in FMCG marketing
* At least 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in marketing or innovation, with a proven track record in project management
* Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills
* Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
* Proven project management skills, demonstrating leadership and influence in cross-functional teams
* History of delivering business results and making impactful contributions in previous roles
* Accountability and a drive to exceed expectations
* Ability to build trust with stakeholders
* Resilient, able to work under pressure with competing priorities
* Experience in IMF and cross-functional leadership roles
