An Admin & Recruitment Support plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective running of the branch by providing high-quality administrative support and managing the end-to-end recruitment of carers. This includes coordinating staff training and compliance, maintaining accurate records, supporting client enquiries, and building strong relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues to deliver a professional and person-centred service.
Your responsibilities:
The Admin & Recruitment Support will assist with the smooth and effective running of the branch with a focus on recruitment, compliance, administration, and client engagement.
Recruitment and onboarding
· Assist with the branch recruitment plan and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for carers, from advertising and sourcing through to interview, selection, and onboarding.
· Proactively attract, source, and pre-screen high-quality candidates using a range of advertising channels, outreach, events, and local networking.
· Deliver a candidate-focused recruitment journey to ensure a seamless experience and strong application-to-start conversion rates.
· Manage compliance and pre-employment checks in line with ISO and CQC requirements, including enhanced DBS checks, references, right-to-work, and training records.
· Use IRIS to monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and drive timely completion of compliance.
Branch administration
· Organise and schedule carer inductions, training sessions, supervisions, and meetings.
· Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
· Provide administrative support to branch operations, meeting agreed deadlines and performance targets.
Client and candidate liaison
· Respond to new client enquiries in a professional and timely manner, supporting the onboarding of new client packages.
· Build strong, positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
· Collaborate with branch colleagues to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
· Support business development and marketing activities alongside the Branch Manager and Director.
Market awareness
· Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and local market conditions.
· Use this knowledge to support recruitment campaigns and enhance service delivery.
Team and compliance support
· Coordinate compliance and ongoing development of care colleagues, including training and supervisions.
· Participate in the branch on-call rota.
· Contribute to the wider success of the business by working collaboratively with branch and care colleagues alike.
· Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the Branch Manager.

· Deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality carers, ensuring a smooth candidate journey from application to start, with strong conversion rates.
Compliance and quality standards
· Ensure all recruitment, training, and record-keeping processes meet ISO, CQC, and branch requirements, maintaining full compliance at all times.
Operational efficiency
· Provide accurate, timely, and professional administrative support that enables the branch to operate effectively and achieve its key performance targets.
Client and candidate experience
· Build positive, professional relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a responsive service that supports client onboarding and enhances candidate engagement.
Contribution to branch success
· Work collaboratively with branch and care colleagues, supporting business development, marketing, and on-call duties to contribute to overall branch growth and service quality.

Essential
· Recruitment experience, with the ability to manage the full process from initial application to onboarding.
· Experience of working with a wide variety of job boards and professional social platforms such as Totaljobs, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
· Outstanding people skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and build effective working relationships.
· Adaptable and flexible attitude, with the ability to work at pace and respond to changing demands.
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Competent user of IT with experience of databases, Microsoft Office, and online recruitment systems.

· Experience of administration and recruitment within health and social care, with good sector knowledge.

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake enhanced DBS/PVG, right to work, reference and employment history checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
