Were hiring a Head of Finance for a values-led organisation based in Aylesford. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll oversee financial operations, reporting, compliance, and systems development
all while managing a talented team of four.

Key Responsibilities:
Leading the finance team across payroll, credit control, purchase ledger and accounting operations.
Managing monthly accounts, cashflow, and annual reporting cycles.
Driving improvements in financial systems and processes, working closely with IT.
Providing strategic financial and tax advice, ensuring compliance and best practice.
Collaborating with senior leaders across the organisation to embed financial accountability.
Managing relationships with external stakeholders including HMRC, banks, and pension providers.
Profile:
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
Prior roles to include Financial Accountant, Senior Accountant, Financial Controller, Head of Finance.
Strong technical accounting / financial accounting knowledge and understanding of financial legislation.
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial software.
A proactive mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to influence at all levels.
