Office Manager We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Office Manager to join a leading manufacturing company based in Eastleigh. Introduction The primary role of the Office Manager will be to run and manage a busy engineering office, supporting the Engineering Manager and managing the team. Engineering experience is not required for this role, however any engineering, manufacturing, IT management experience would be an advantage. Responsibilities * Manage a team of 10 engineers, supported by the Team Leader * Allocating work to the team * Use KPI's to identify skills gaps within the team * Monthly / yearly review support * Administration duties and general housekeeping Ideal Experience: The ideal candidate will have had some experience of managing a team in an office environment, any experience in IT, Manufacturing or Engineering leadership roles would be an advantage but not essential.
