We are looking for an experienced Brand Advisor to represent a high-end automotive brand in a luxury-focused campaign. This role is all about delivering a premium, personalised customer experience that goes beyond the car.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a truly luxury customer experience.
* Acquire an exceptional understanding of the vehicles and services to align with brand values.
* Provide tailored, friendly, and professional support across multiple communication channels.
* Engage meaningfully with customers to understand their needs and deliver a world-class experience.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with the dealer network to support service quality.
* Offer value-added interactions that enhance customer satisfaction and reinforce the brand's reputation.
* Capture, maintain, and ensure the quality of customer data.
* Proactively identify and report any service-related issues, incidents, or trends.
Skills/Experience:
* Significant experience working in VIP or high-end customer service environments such as retail, hospitality, travel/leisure, or luxury automotive.
* Experience in a customer contact centre environment is advantageous.
* Highly adaptable and flexible.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
* Strong social and interpersonal skills, personality, and emotional intelligence.
* Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
* Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality focus.
* Strong interest in the luxury campaign brand.
* Warm, helpful, and positive demeanour.
* Dynamic, proactive, confident, and self-motivated, with a drive to succeed.
* A true team player.
* IT‑savvy, with good MS Office and keyboard skills.
* Able to highlight and escalate issues when necessary.
