We are assisting them in the search for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead a team of talented Business Development Managers focused on the Financial Services and Insurance sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within one of the UK’s most established and respected VARs, known for delivering cutting-edge IT solutions and services to top-tier clients.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Managers to drive revenue growth and win new business across the Financial Services and Insurance sectors.
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and client needs.
Build a high-performance sales culture focused on client success and sustainable growth.
Manage sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics for the team.
Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, delivery) to ensure seamless client engagement and delivery.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.
Proven experience in leading high-performing sales teams within the VAR, technology reseller, or IT services sector.
Deep understanding of the Financial Services and/or Insurance sectors, including key industry drivers and challenges.
Strong leadership qualities with a passion for developing and mentoring sales talent.
Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
