Dealership Accountant Vacancy for an Independent Prestige Car Dealership
1. Location: Ashby De La Zouch area / Leicestershire
2. £40,000 Basic Salary
3. Full-Time | Mon–Fri 9am–5pm
We’re recruiting for an experienced Accountant to join a well-established, independently owned prestige car dealership in North Leicestershire. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a reputable business representing luxury vehicles, offering a stable, long-term role with a respected employer.

4. £40,000 basic salary
5. Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
6. Occasional Saturday work as required

Key Responsibilities as a Dealership Accountant:
9. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts Department
10. Preparing and submitting VAT returns
11. Running payroll for all staff
12. Processing sales and purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner
What we’re looking for in a Dealership Accountant:
13. Proven experience in an automotive accounts role or similar environment
14. Relevant accounting qualifications
15. Ideally experienced with Sage 50 or similar accounting software
16. Strong understanding of VAT and payroll processes
17. High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
18. A proactive and reliable approach to work
19. Strong IT and accounting software knowledge
