GSL Education is currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Secondary SEN Teacher to join a supportive school in Haywards Heath. The role is available from September, with the possibility of an earlier start for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons to SEN students
* Implement and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
* Work closely with colleagues, families, and external agencies
* Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting support as needed
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working in a secondary school is preferred
* Proven experience supporting students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN strategies and behaviour interventions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Right to work in the UK
* Up-to-date CV with two recent references
* DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
