Job Description:
Join our Cash Management team in Fareham. You will support service delivery of Payments, Receipts, Cash Application, and Cash Management activities, overseeing offshore partner performance, providing operational support, technical guidance, and process improvements.
Your responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support for banking and payment activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Managing access to banking portals.
* Resolving stakeholder queries.
* Investigating and clearing unallocated cash.
* Producing monthly reports.
* Serving as an escalation point for offshore teams.
* Building relationships with offshore teams, monitoring productivity, quality, and standards.
* Managing internal and external stakeholders and developing strong relationships.
* Working effectively as a problem solver alongside offshore teams.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in Finance Operations or interacting with Finance Operations.
* Experience working with offshore providers.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and respond to unexpected events.
* Experience in completing control activities.
* High numeracy and literacy skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
