Your Mission
As Client Experience Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the business—combining leadership finesse with a passion for retail excellence. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive commercial success, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
* Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations—sales, service, and team management.
* Ensure pristine presentation, smooth logistics, and a polished client environment.
* Uphold luxury standards in every detail—from merchandising to hospitality.
Client Experience & Sales Leadership
* Drive retail sales growth through team motivation, coaching, and empowerment.
* Deliver and oversee exceptional facial and body treatments when required.
* Build a loyal clientele through personalised service, CRM engagement, and hosting events
Marketing, Events & Partnerships
* Partner with Marketing to create inspiring in-store events and activations.
* Build strong relationships with local hotels, businesses, and media to boost awareness and footfall.
* Take ownership of the local marketing calendar and ensure the Institute remains a must-visit destination.
Who You Are
* Experienced leader from luxury retail, spa, or beauty.
* Qualified Beauty Therapist (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
* Commercially sharp, with proven ability to drive KPIs and exceed retail sales targets.
* Natural people leader who thrives on motivating teams and delivering results.
* Passionate about skincare, wellness, and creating unforgettable experiences.
* Impeccably organised, detail-obsessed, and proactive under pressure.
